What a fantastic book! I was especially touched by the chapter 'Infertility Management 101'.  We have been blessed with two beautiful children, and I would not want our family to have been formed in any other way, but at times I still get a little twinge when I see a pregnant woman, or a new born and I am always uncomfortable with labor and birth stories.  It was nice to read that section in your book and realize that I am not alone in those feelings.
